The Income Share Agreement (ISA) ensures that Brave and its mentees share a unified objective. Under this agreement, mentees commit to pay a portion of their base salary to Brave for 12 months (the Repayment Period) once they secure employment. An initial deposit might be incorporated, which will be offset against the eventual fees upon job placement. The specific percentage and any deposit are set based on the effort needed to prepare the mentee for their career. If a mentee opts to withdraw during the trial period, the deposit is fully refunded.

The short answer is no. The ISA program is designed to support job seekers facing financial challenges. If you already have a full-time job, we can offer flexible payment options by splitting the upfront payment into 2-6 monthly installments, ensuring the program remains affordable based on your income.

You will be interacting with different Brave programs on different topics, e.g. industry projects, AI job application tools, mentorships, networking events, etc. You are expected to spend at least 15 hours every week to learn, prepare and practice with the materials and tools we provide, while the Brave Community will always be there to answer your questions.

Yes, we'll do our best to address your questions promptly in the Community. If something is urgent or blocking your progress, feel free to book a 1-1 meeting with a mentor. Please note, however, that these sessions may incur additional costs as they are not included in the project fee.

Depending on your background, a deposit might be required. We offer discounted deposit or a $0 deposit if your background outstands, or if you need additional financial support from us. Connect with our admission team for more information.
To be eligible for paying after getting hired, you are also responsible for completing all required tasks within certain period. Failed to do so may result in the full payment of any services you have received.

In this case, you will first pay for the installments for the period you are hired (6 installments as an example). We will continue to support you until you land another position. You will pay for the remaining installments based on the same agreed-upon ISA percentage, and the new salary. The same policy applies if you change jobs before completing paying for 12 salary-based installment.

The income share percentage will accumulate if you join more than one program.
For example, if you register for two industry projects, each with a 5% ISA, your total percentage will be 5% + 5% = 10%.

First of all, your total payment will be split into 12 monthly installments to minimize your financial burden.
After receiving your first pay stub from your future employer, you will receive an invoice in your email, which contains a payment link for you to start paying the fees. The payment will recur for 12 months. If you lost your job within the 12 months, please reach out to us, we will pause the payment for you until you find your next full-time job.

A flat fee of USD 5,000 replaces the percentage-based ISA to ensure fairness and adaptability to local economic contexts. The fee will also be split into 12 months.

Yes, you will only be charged the ISA percentage you agreed upon once you secure a full-time job after completing any Brave Career program.
To clarify, Brave Career is not a direct job placement agency. Instead, we are a vibrant community and platform dedicated to equipping you with essential skills and hands-on experience that you cannot learn anywhere else to significantly boost your chances of landing your dream job.
While you’ll need to actively search for jobs and make connections after completing the program, the Brave Career community is here to support you every step of the way.
