The Income Share Agreement (ISA) ensures that Brave and its mentees share a unified objective. Under this agreement, mentees commit to pay a portion of their base salary to Brave for 12 months (the Repayment Period) once they secure employment. An initial deposit might be incorporated, which will be offset against the eventual fees upon job placement. The specific percentage and any deposit are set based on the effort needed to prepare the mentee for their career. If a mentee opts to withdraw during the trial period, the deposit is fully refunded.

You will be interacting with different Brave mentors on different topics, with one to three 1:1 live weekly sessions with your mentors. You are expected to spend at least 15 hours offline to learn, prepare and practice with the materials we provide, while your mentors will always be there to answer your questions offline. Project, networking, mock interviews and Brave community events are the things you may spend additional time on.

You will not have any regular meetings however you can always connect with us over Slack. You will also have unlimited mock interviews upon request once you receive an interview. Brave Career also keeps connecting you with the industry continuously.

Yes - we will try to answer your questions in Slack promptly, if there is something urgent or blocking you, we will jump on a meeting to solve it together.

The quick answer is No. We equip you with the knowledge and skills to get and outstand from interviews, we also support your every step during the job application stage. If you didn’t receive an offer after 12 months of job hunting, we will not charge any mentorship cost except the deposit payment.

Depending on your background, a deposit might be required. We offer discounted deposit or a $0 deposit if your background outstands, or if you need additional financial support from us. Connect with our admission team for more information.

In this case, you will first pay for the installments for the period you are hired (6 installments as an example). We will continue to support you until you land another position. You will pay for the remaining installments based on the same agreed-upon ISA percentage, and the new salary. The same policy applies if you change jobs before completing paying for 12 salary-based installment.
